Frank B. Prempeh II is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Corpshore Solutions Corporation, the group of which Corpshore Canada is the Canadian operation. He founded the company in 2015 and has led it since, from Toronto. Under his leadership the group has grown from a single-market operation into a business that delivers business process, IT and AI services in more than eighteen countries and more than thirty-five languages.

He leads the Canadian operation from the head office at The Exchange Tower on King Street West. Leading from Toronto is a deliberate choice rather than an accident of biography. It keeps the person ultimately accountable for the work in the same city, time zone and regulatory environment as most of the clients the operation serves.

The founder's priorities set the operating character of the Canadian business. Accountability is held close, the language commitment is treated as a delivery standard rather than a marketing line, and data jurisdiction is answered against Canadian law rather than deflected. These are the terms on which a regulated Canadian buyer evaluates a partner, and they are the terms the operation is run against.

The result is a company that competes on governance as much as on price. Corpshore is ranked second of thirty business process outsourcing companies in Canada and Corpshore AI fifth of fifty AI outsourcing companies worldwide, both by Outsource Accelerator. Those positions reflect a business that has chosen to be measurable rather than merely large.

The founder does not run the operation alone. The broader Canadian leadership team spans the functions any credible delivery organisation needs: operations, technology, AI delivery, people and commercial. Operations leadership owns service delivery, quality and the client relationship. Technology leadership owns the engineering and infrastructure that IT clients depend on. AI delivery leadership owns annotation, evaluation and human review. People leadership owns hiring, training and the working conditions the group publishes standards for. Commercial leadership owns pricing, engagement design and growth.

We name the founder because his role is confirmed and public. We describe the rest of the team by function rather than by name, because we will not present a leadership roster we cannot stand behind. Named biographies for the wider team are confirmed on request as those roles are made public.

The practical value of Canadian leadership shows up in the ordinary run of an engagement. Escalations are handled by people in the same working day. Governance reviews can happen in person. A privacy or compliance question is answered by people who operate under the same Canadian rules the client does. This is what the head-office argument means once it stops being a slogan and becomes a way of working.
