The global delivery network

Canada is the anchor. When the economics call for it, the work blends into a network across more than eighteen countries, under one contract and one governance framework.

Corpshore Canada anchors delivery in Ontario, Quebec and Alberta, and blends in a global network across more than eighteen countries when the economics suit. Manila is the primary offshore hub, with nearshore sites in Bogota, Santo Domingo and Mexico City and engineering depth in Pakistan, Vietnam and Poland, all under one contract.

Canada is the anchor

The model starts with Canada, not offshore. Corpshore Canada is the Canadian operation of Corpshore Solutions Corporation, headquartered in Toronto, and it delivers from Ontario, Quebec and Alberta with English and Canadian French as standard. Work that must be Canadian for jurisdiction, language quality, client expectation or regulation stays in Canada, governed under PIPEDA and, on Quebec engagements, Law 25.

That anchor is what makes the rest of the network safe to use. Because adjudicative and regulated work stays in Canada under Canadian governance, blendable volume can move offshore without putting the sensitive part of the operation at risk. The Canadian team holds the account, the standard and the accountability, and the global hubs carry the volume the economics point offshore.

The hybrid, one-contract model

Most outsourcing decisions are framed as Canada or offshore, and that is a false choice. A Canadian buyer usually has some work that must be Canadian and some that does not, and the right answer is to place each part where it belongs rather than force the whole programme into one location. The hybrid model does exactly that, and it does it under one contract so the client never manages the seam.

In practice that means one Corpshore Canada agreement, one account team, one governance framework and one set of service levels, spanning Canadian and offshore delivery together. Reporting is split by language and by site so nothing hides in a blended number, the same quality framework governs every hub, and the cross-border transfer position is documented before go-live. The client sees one operation, not a patchwork of vendors.

This is also how cost and quality stop competing. The Canadian anchor protects the regulated and language-sensitive work, and the global hubs bring the cost position on the volume where cost is the main driver. A client gets Canadian delivery where it matters and offshore economics where it does not, without running two relationships to get there.

Frequently asked questions

What does one contract actually mean here?

It means one Corpshore Canada agreement covers the whole programme, whether the work sits in Ontario, Quebec, Alberta or a global hub. You have one account team, one governance framework and one point of accountability, rather than separate vendors, contracts and finger-pointing across borders.

How do you decide what stays in Canada?

Work that must be Canadian for jurisdiction, language quality, client expectation or regulation stays in Canada, and we tell you honestly which work that is. Adjudicative and regulated tasks stay here by default. Blendable volume, where cost is the main driver, can sit in the global network with a documented cross-border position.

Where does our data sit in a blended model?

Canadian delivery keeps data in Canada by default, and Quebec engagement data stays in Quebec where Law 25 or your own policy requires it. Where any part of the work is supported from the global network, the cross-border transfer position is documented transparently in line with PIPEDA before go-live.

Which hub is the primary offshore site?

Manila in the Philippines is the primary offshore hub for scaled voice and non-voice volume, backed by dedicated operations at corpshore.ph. Bogota, Santo Domingo and Mexico City add nearshore capacity with United States time overlap, while engineering depth sits in Pakistan, Vietnam, Poland and beyond.

Is quality consistent across the network?

Yes. The same quality framework governs Canadian and offshore delivery, with calibration that keeps scoring consistent across sites and shifts. Reporting is split by language so a gap cannot hide inside a blended number, and the standard does not change when the work moves between hubs.

How does the network connect to the wider Corpshore group?

Corpshore Canada is the Canadian operation of Corpshore Solutions Corporation, and each hub has its own national or specialist site, from corpshore.ph to corpshore.ai. You engage Corpshore Canada, and the group capacity is available behind it under your one contract rather than through separate relationships.
