Partners and alliances

Good delivery combines our own people and methods with the right platforms and partners for the work. We describe that approach in general terms and confirm specific references on request.

Corpshore works with technology platforms, delivery partners and advisers to give clients the right capability without over-building. We describe the partnership approach in general terms and do not display client logos. Specific partner and client references are confirmed on request.

How we approach partnership

No outsourcing provider should pretend to build everything itself. The honest position is that good delivery combines a provider's own people and methods with the right platforms and specialist partners for a given piece of work. Corpshore's approach to partnership follows from that. We bring capability through partners where it serves the client, and we build our own where it is core, and we are clear about which is which.

We describe this approach in general terms on purpose. Naming partners and clients without their agreement is neither accurate nor respectful, and logo walls tell a buyer very little about whether a provider can do their particular work. Specific partner and client references are confirmed on request, under the appropriate agreement, rather than displayed for marketing effect.

Technology platforms

Much of the technology a programme runs on belongs to the client. Corpshore's default is to work in the client's platforms, their customer relationship management, ticketing, telephony, workforce management and quality tooling, so reporting and audit stay in one place. Where a client needs capability they do not have, we bring proven platforms and integrate them under the client's governance rather than imposing a stack of our own.

For IT and AI work the same principle holds. We work within the client's cloud, engineering and data environments where those exist, and we bring platform partners where a specific capability is needed. The test is always whether the technology serves the client's outcome, not whether it adds a badge to a slide.

Delivery and advisory relationships

Delivery partnerships extend the reach of a programme where a specialist capability, a language or a location is needed that is more efficiently sourced through a partner than built from scratch. Advisory relationships help a client design an engagement well, covering the transition, the governance model and the compliance position before the work starts. In both cases the partner is chosen for the client's benefit and governed under the same framework as the rest of the programme.

The group structure matters here too. As the Canadian operation of a group present in more than eighteen countries, Corpshore Canada can reach sister operations and the wider network as delivery partners under one contract, which reduces the number of separate relationships a client has to manage.

How references work

Because we do not display client logos or name partners without agreement, references are handled directly. A prospective client evaluating Corpshore can request relevant partner and client references, and they are provided under the appropriate confidentiality terms and matched to the work in question. This is a more useful basis for a decision than a wall of logos, because a reference matched to comparable work says something a logo cannot.

Frequently asked questions

Why don't you show client logos or name your partners?

Naming partners and clients without their agreement is neither accurate nor respectful, and logo walls tell a buyer little about whether a provider can do their particular work. We describe the partnership approach in general terms and confirm specific partner and client references on request, under the appropriate agreement, matched to the work in question.

Whose technology do you work in?

Our default is to work in the client's platforms, their customer relationship management, ticketing, telephony, workforce management and quality tooling, so reporting and audit stay in one place. Where a client needs capability they do not have, we bring proven platforms and integrate them under the client's governance rather than imposing a stack of our own.

Can I get references before deciding?

Yes. A prospective client can request relevant partner and client references, provided under the appropriate confidentiality terms and matched to the work in question. A reference matched to comparable work is a more useful basis for a decision than a wall of logos, which is why we handle references directly rather than displaying them.
