Stay in reach for the role that fits
No right posting today? Join the talent community. Tell us what you do and the languages you speak, and we will come to you when a matching role opens.
Join the talent community
A few details are all we need to reach you when the right role opens. This is not an application and it does not lock you in.
What happens next
- 1
Join the pool
You share your name, contact details, province, the kind of work you want and the languages you speak. That is enough for us to match you well.
- 2
We review when a role opens
When a role that matches your profile opens, we review the talent community alongside new applications rather than starting from scratch.
- 3
We reach out
If there is a fit, our team contacts you about the role. You are never locked in, and you can ask to be removed at any time.
The point of the talent community
Timing rarely lines up. The role that suits you might not be posted the week you happen to be looking, and the week it is posted you might already be settled somewhere else. The talent community exists to fix that mismatch. It keeps a light, standing connection between you and us, so the next time the right role and the right moment meet, we already know how to reach you.
Why join
Roles open all the time, and the best ones are often filled from people already in reach. Joining the talent community puts you in that group. It is especially worth doing if you are bilingual, because bilingual candidates are the scarcest resource in the market and the first people we look for when an account grows.
Think of it as staying in the conversation without having to check the jobs board every day. The right posting for you might be three weeks away, or it might follow a new client win we cannot announce yet. If your details are with us, you are in the group we review the moment that role exists, rather than starting from zero against a fresh field of applicants.
We come to you
When a matching role opens we reach out, so you do not have to watch the jobs board every day.
Bilingual candidates move first
If you speak English and French, you are exactly who we search for when a bilingual account expands.
No commitment
Joining is not an application and it does not lock you in. Ask to be removed at any time.
Who should join
Join if you like the look of Corpshore but do not see the exact role for you today. Join if you are bilingual and want to be first in line when a bilingual account grows. Join if you are a student whose work term has not opened yet, or someone whose availability starts a few months out. If a current posting fits you now, do not wait for us to call. Apply to it directly on the jobs board instead.
How often you will hear from us
We are not going to fill your inbox. The talent community is for matches, not a newsletter, so you hear from us when a role that fits your profile and languages actually opens. That might be soon or it might take a while, depending on what comes up. Either way, you are in control. You can update your details or ask to be removed at any time by writing to our careers inbox.
How your data is handled
The details you share are processed for recruitment under Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA and, for Quebec, Law 25. We use them only to match you to roles and to contact you about them, and you can ask what we hold or request removal at any time by writing to careers@corpshore.ca.
