Corpshore positions Canadian delivery for United States firms seeking to keep operations and data in North America

Corpshore Solutions Corporation has expanded its Canadian delivery proposition for United States companies seeking nearshore outsourcing that keeps operations, data and legal jurisdiction within North America.

The offering targets a specific problem United States buyers describe consistently: offshore delivery produces cost savings their compliance functions cannot always approve, while onshore United States delivery produces costs their operations budgets cannot sustain. Canadian delivery sits between the two, and Corpshore is positioning Ontario, Quebec and Alberta capacity accordingly.

The proposition covers full Eastern, Central and Mountain time zone overlap, North American English and Canadian French alongside Spanish capability, a common law legal framework with enforceable contracts, cultural alignment with United States consumers, and data that remains on the North American continent throughout the engagement. Services are delivered under the trade framework established by the Canada United States Mexico Agreement.

Corpshore also offers blended delivery, allowing a client to place work requiring North American presence in Canada while placing high volume work in the group's delivery centres elsewhere, under a single contract, a single account team and a single governance framework.

"American buyers are not naive about cost. They know Manila is cheaper than Toronto and nobody needs us to tell them," said Frank B. Prempeh II, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Corpshore Solutions Corporation. "What they want to know is which parts of their operation genuinely need to sit close, and which parts do not. We will tell them honestly, including when the answer costs us revenue, because the alternative is winning a contract we should not have won and losing it in year two."

The group reports cost reductions of 40 to 75 percent against equivalent in-house hiring, with information technology delivery specifically in the range of 35 to 55 percent against equivalent North American technology hiring.

Corpshore maintains a United States corporate presence through Corpshore Inc in St. Petersburg, Florida, supporting engagements that carry United States onshore staffing or data residency requirements that cross-border delivery cannot satisfy.

Detail on the nearshore proposition, including a comparison tool covering Canadian, United States onshore and offshore delivery, is available at corpshore.ca.
