Why Corpshore

Languages

Canada's advantage is not only English and French. It is the depth of languages a Canadian labour market carries, delivered from Canadian operations. This page presents the coverage by group, with an indicative proficiency band and the channels available for each language.

Corpshore Canada delivers in more than thirty-five languages from Canadian operations, led by English and Canadian French to a native standard. The matrix below groups every language and shows an indicative CEFR proficiency band and the channels, voice, chat or email, available for each. Bands and channels are indicative and confirmed per engagement, and no Indigenous language capability is claimed.

How the matrix works

The table below lists the languages we deliver from Canadian operations, organised by group so you can find the coverage relevant to your customers quickly. For each language it shows a proficiency band on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, the CEFR scale from B1 through C2, and the channels available, which are voice, chat and email. English and French are Canadian by default, with Canadian French calibrated by Quebec French quality analysts.

Two honesty notes matter here. First, the CEFR bands and the channel availability are indicative. They describe the general coverage rather than a guarantee for a specific account, and the exact band and channels for your work are confirmed during scoping. Second, no Indigenous language capability is listed or claimed. Indigenous language delivery is not something we will assert without confirmation, so it is excluded entirely rather than implied. The count of more than thirty-five languages reflects the coverage that a Canadian labour market genuinely supports.

Why Canadian language depth is different

Language coverage delivered from Canada is not the same as the same list delivered from a single offshore hub. Canada's immigration and settlement history means many of these languages are spoken by people living and working in Canada, under Canadian employment standards and Canadian data protection. For a buyer that means multilingual delivery without sending customer data across an ocean, and cultural familiarity with a North American customer base alongside the language itself.

Where a language is not concentrated in the Canadian labour market, we say so rather than stretch. For very deep multilingual pools in languages Canada does not carry at scale, an offshore hub built around those languages may serve you better, and the hybrid model lets you combine Canadian delivery for the languages Canada is strong in with network capacity for the rest, under one contract.

Frequently asked questions

How many languages does Corpshore Canada deliver in?

More than thirty-five languages from Canadian operations, led by English and Canadian French to a native standard. The matrix on this page lists them by group with an indicative CEFR proficiency band and the channels available for each, so you can find the coverage relevant to your customers.

Are the CEFR bands and channels guaranteed?

No, they are indicative. The bands and channel availability describe the general coverage rather than a guarantee for a specific account, and the exact proficiency band and channels for your work are confirmed during scoping. We would rather label them honestly as indicative than imply a precision we confirm per engagement.

Do you offer Indigenous language capability?

No. No Indigenous language capability is listed or claimed. Indigenous language delivery is not something we will assert without confirmation, so it is excluded entirely rather than implied. The languages in the matrix reflect the coverage a Canadian labour market genuinely supports.

Is your French Canadian French or international French?

Both are available, and Canadian French is delivered to a native standard, calibrated by Quebec French quality analysts, rather than through a translation layer added to an English operation. International French is also offered. Canadian French sits at the centre of the proposition because serving the Quebec market properly requires it.

What if we need a language Canada does not carry at scale?

We say so rather than stretch. For deep multilingual pools in languages the Canadian labour market does not concentrate, an offshore hub built around those languages may serve you better. The hybrid model lets you combine Canadian delivery for the languages Canada is strong in with network capacity for the rest, under one contract.

Why does delivering languages from Canada matter?

Because many of these languages are spoken by people living and working in Canada, under Canadian employment standards and Canadian data protection. That means multilingual delivery without sending customer data across an ocean, and cultural familiarity with a North American customer base alongside the language itself.
